Professionally, Katie is a Family Support Provider with Autism Delaware, where she specializes in coaching families and caregivers through individualized, strengths-based care initiatives. Her work centers on empowering families and self-advocates to achieve their wellness goals, improve quality of life, and build meaningful community connections through informed and positive advocacy. Outside of her professional and board service, Katie is an active volunteer coach with Special Olympics Delaware, supporting athletes in flag football, basketball, tennis, and pickleball. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her husband and son, spending time with their two rescue dogs, and paddle boarding along the Jersey Shore.
