Rich brings more than 20 years of senior-level experience in marketing, operations, and organizational leadership. He has led large-scale strategic initiatives, built and developed high-performing teams, and mentored more than 70 Sales Development Representatives throughout his career. His expertise in demand generation, operational efficiency, and scalable growth strategy strengthens Madame’s Circle as it builds infrastructure, expands community reach, and positions itself for long-term sustainability.
